FILL POLICY
In order for your appointment to be a fill, you must have at least 1/3 of the original set left. As long as you get your lashes touched up within 2-3 weeks of your last application, your appointment will be treated
as a fill. Otherwise, it will result in a Full Set, and a full set price. Please be sure to follow your lash artist's guidelines to maintain clean, healthy, and long-lasting eyelash extensions. Remember to take care of your investment!
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have up to 24 HOURS to cancel your appointment. Anything After 24 hours you WILL NOT be able to reschedule and use that same deposit. After one no call no show you will no longer be able to book with me. You can always cancel your appointment through the booking site and the email confirmation 24 HOURS before you appointment
TARDY POLICY
Please notify me if you will be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late I cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. If you are late for your appointment, YOU are taking away from your allotted appointment time.
Allergic reactions/removals
I do not offer refunds in the event of a reaction. Reactions are always a possibility and can happen at any time.
